                             Granting of EIS Relief

The Company has received confirmation from HM Revenue and Customs that following
the  placing  and  Admission to AIM in March 2006, the ordinary  shares  of  the
Company qualify for Enterprise Investment Scheme ("EIS") relief and are eligible
investments for Venture Capital Trusts ("VCT").
