Inspace plc (AIM:INSP), the property based support services business that is one
of the UK's leading specialist service providers to the social housing market,
has been informed on 9 November 2006 that, following a recent purchase of
Ordinary Shares in the Company, Canada Life Group of Companies now has an
interest in 2,607,405 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.22 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company. These shares are held by Canada Life
Limited (1,318,565 ordinary shares) and CF Canlife Unit Trusts (managed by CFM)
(1,288,840 ordinary shares).
