Inspace plc (AIM:INSP), the property based support services business that has
established itself as one of the UK's leading social housing repair and
maintenance providers, has been informed today that Willmott Dixon Limited
acquired 47,880 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 14 October 2005. Willmott
Dixon Limited now holds 6,720,318 Ordinary Shares representing approximately
10.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
