The Company was informed on 28 February 2008 that, following a series of disposals of ordinary shares in the Company,
Aspartus plc ('Aspartus') is now interested in 985,821 ordinary 1p shares in the Company. This holding represents 3.55%
of the Company's issued voting share capital. Nigel Weller, a director of the Company, is also a director of Aspartus
and also holds 24.1% of Aspartus' issued voting share capital.
