                              Placing of New Shares

The Company is pleased to announce that it has today placed 882,500 new Ordinary
1p  shares  at  17p  per  share, raising £150,025 before expenses,  for  general
working  capital  purposes.   These shares have been  placed  with  Wills  &  Co
Stockbrokers Limited, who as a result of this transaction will have a holding of
4.66%  of  the  voting rights of the Company.  An application has been  made  to
admit the shares to trading on AIM with effect from 29 March 2007.
