KLEENAIR ANNOUNCES OPENING OF TECHNICAL CENTRE
            New Ross-on-Wye Technical Centre Opens Under New Manager

LONDON:  SEPTEMBER  7, 2006: KleenAir Systems Ltd., a leading provider of vehicle  emissions
management solutions, has located their state of the art technical centre in Ross-on-Wye  at
the Ashburton Industrial Estate, HR9 7BW.  This centre, as KleenAir's technical headquarters
for  UK  operations, will be the location for design and applications engineering,  together
with  a fully equipped light fabrication workshop for the manufacture of emissions reduction
exhaust  systems and the fitment of emissions control systems to customer vehicles.   Future
plans include using this centre for light duty vehicle emission testing.

Mark  Joyce,  an industry veteran, has been appointed Senior Sales Engineer.  He  brings  a
wealth  of  industry  experience, including holding the position of  Industrial  OEM  Sales
Manager at Mann & Hummel (UK) Ltd.  He also held the positions of Design Office Manager and
Technical  Manager Europe and Asia Pacific for Englehard.  He holds a HND  in Mechanical  &
Manufacturing  Engineering and served a 4 year apprenticeship with Dowty  Aerospace.   Mark
will be responsible for Technical Sales, together with applications engineering and product
design.

Commenting  on the opening and the appointment Lionel Simons, Chairman of KleenAir  Systems,
said, "The appointment of Mark as manager of KleenAir's new technical centre completes phase
one  of  our  plan  to create a global infrastructure capable of generating  and  supporting
automotive  emission  control  systems.  The timing  is  linked  with  our  anticipation  of
government -mandated programs as Ken Livingstone's Low Emission Zone program for London."
