KLEENAIR AGREEMENT WITH HALTER
                       Halter To Act As Market Coordinator

KleenAir  Systems  Ltd, a leading provider of vehicle emissions management solutions,  today
announced  a  consultancy  agreement  with  Swiss  company  halter  management  ag.   Halter
management  will act as Distribution Manager for KleenAir Systems within Italy,  Switzerland
and  Austria and will work to develop business for KleenAir products within these designated
markets.

Commenting on the agreement Lionel Simons, Chairman of KleenAir Systems, said, "We  will  be
capitalizing  on  halter's  extensive  experience in  environmental  technologies,  and  the
mandated  legislative and competitive status in these markets, to launch  KleenAir  products
for automotive emissions upgrades."

Halter management specialises in public transport and environmental issues.  The company was
among  the  first in continental Europe to test and implement new technologies  designed  to
reduce negative environmental impact.
