Company Voluntary Arrangement/Resignation of Nominated Adviser

The Directors announce that, on the advice of the insolvency practitioner
appointed in February, they have resolved to appoint a liquidator to the
Company's main operating subsidiary, KleenAir Systems Limited ("KSL"). The
Company has accordingly appointed The Kelmanson Partnership of Avco House,6
Albert Road, Barnet, Herts, EN4 9SH in relation to KSL. The Directors have also
resolved that the Company enter into a Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") and
have appointed Mark Reynolds of Valentine and Co., 4 Dancastle Court, 14 Arcadia
Avenue, LONDON, N3 2HS to prepare a CVA proposal.
The Company also announces the resignation of its nominated adviser with effect
from close of business on 15 March 2009. In the event that an alternative
Nominated Adviser is not appointed on or before 7.00 am on 16 April 2009 then,
in accordance with Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the admission of the
Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
