KleenAir Systems Acquires Experienced Sales Leadership

KleenAir Systems International plc. (LSE:KSI) is pleased to announce that they have appointed Alan Barnard as Sales
Director of KleenAir Systems Ltd., a wholly owned operating subsidiary. KleenAir recently joined the AIM Market of the
London Stock Exchange under the symbol KSI.

Mr. Barnard worked for 29 years with one of the leading manufacturers of emission control products in the UK, Engelhard
Environmental Catalysts. During his career with Engelhard he progressed to the position of European Sales Manager
responsible for the introduction throughout Europe of diesel emission control products, such as diesel oxidizing
catalysts and diesel particulate filters.

On the closing of Engelhard's facility in the UK he became European Sales Manager for the Swedish company STT Emtec, a
world-leader in Exhaust Gas Recycle (EGR) technology in both the OEM and Retrofit markets.

In addition to extensive sales management experience, including the setting up of sales agencies and distributorships
throughout the UK and Europe, Mr. Barnard has significant hands-on engineering and manufacturing experience with a focus
on production engineering, installation, maintenance and after-sales service requirements and support. In this function
he will be ably supported by the KleenAir Systems Ltd Technical Director, Karl Grimston who has had many years
engineering experience with both Engelhard and Delphi.

and the upcoming conversion of London taxis."

KleenAir holds a number of patents in NOx reduction technology and has had its products included on the Energy Savings
Trust's Cleanup Register for a number of years. These products have successfully passed road tests and emission tests at
Millbrook Proving Grounds, the UK's leading automotive testing facility. KleenAir's mission is to reduce automotive
pollution caused by CO, HC, NOx, and particulates, thereby improving the environment, reducing deaths and illness caused
by such pollution, reducing costs for the NHS, and contributing to the betterment of public health.
