The Company made announcements on 5 February, 20 February and 6 March 2008 regarding a placing of new shares.  The final
number of new Ordinary 1p shares issued under the placing was 6,595,503, raising £1,038,792.

An application has been made to admit these new shares, together with 515,437 new Ordinary 1p shares resulting from the
subscriptions announced on 6 March 2008, for Trading on AIM with effect from 4 April 2008, not on the dates previously
advised.
