Application For Listing - Replacement
Intec Telecom Systems Plc
This announcement replaces the Intec Telcom Systems plc application for listing
announcement released today at 11.12 under RNS No: 6560Q.
The number of shares for which application has been made for listing and
admission to trading has been corrected from 542,421 to 545,133.
The full corrected announcement is set out below.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for the listing and admission to trading of 545,133 ordinary shares of
1p each of Intec Telecom Systems Plc ("Intec" or "the Company"). The shares have
been issued in line with the sale and purchase agreement of the Company's
acquisition of Digiquant A/S as announced on 11 September 2003 as compensation
for the CEO and CFO of Digiquant in accordance with their severance agreements.
The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the main market of the
London Stock Exchange on the morning of Thursday 9 October 2003.
