Board Change
Intec Telecom Systems PLC (LSE: ITL, "Intec" or "the Group,"), a leading provider of business and operations support systems (OSS/BSS) to the telecommunications industry, announces that Gary Bunney, the Group's Chief Operating Officer, has stepped down from the Board and will leave the Group on 31 January, 2009.
Gary joined Intec in 2000 and served in numerous executive roles culminating in his appointment to the Board as Chief Operating Officer in February 2007.
Andrew Taylor, Chief Executive Officer, said:
