Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)
Shareholdings.

This information is provided pursuant to DTR3.1.4R(1)(a)

The Company was notified on 3 December 2009 that the following PDMRs
entered into transactions in the Company's Ordinary Shares of 1p each
("Shares") on 2 December 2009 pursuant to entitlements under the
Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Share Option Scheme.

LTIP transactions

Under the terms of the LTIP grant, executive directors are required
to pay a price of 1p per ordinary share, other recipients under the
plan do not pay an option price.

Conditional awards under Company's LTIP have met the vesting criteria
and the resultant shares have been issued to the participants in the
plan.  Share sales have subsequently been made, either to satisfy the
tax liability arising or to realise proceeds in addition.

*A share appreciation rights mechanism has been applied to share
options exercised, whereby the number of shares allotted is
equivalent to the estimated net gain on the exercise.  Consequently,
the number of shares allotted is less than the number of share
options exercised.

Resultant shareholdings

Directors and PDMRs are required to build a shareholding in the
Company.
