Director/PDMR Shareholding

Intec Telecom Systems PLC (the "Company")

  Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares by executive directors and
 Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons

This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and (b).

LTIP transactions

The Company was notified on 20 January 2010 that the following executive
director entered into a transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of one
penny each on 19 January 2010 , following the exercise of vested awards under
the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).

Under the terms of the LTIP grant, executive directors are required to pay a
price of 1p per ordinary share,
This transaction was conducted to take advantage of existing tax legislation and
all the shares subject to the transaction were sold to fund the tax liability
arising upon exercise of the award.
