Intec Telecom Systems, a leading supplier of billing software solutions to the
global telecoms industry, announces that on Friday 9 March, Mr. John Hughes,
Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares
of 1p each, representing less than 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital,
at a price of 43.38p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Hughes holds 25,000 Ordinary Shares.
