Notification of director share dealing
London, 1 July 2005 ... Intec Telecom Systems PLC ("Intec" or "the Company") was
notified on 30 June 2005 by Mike Frayne, a non-executive director of the
Company, that he has sold 7,000,000 Intec shares. This transaction, which allows
Mr Frayne to diversify his investment portfolio whilst retaining a significant
interest in Intec, has taken place with the authority of Investec Bank (UK)
Limited who, as disclosed in the Company's Financial Statements, were the
registered holders of these shares.
Following this transactions, Mr Frayne's total holding of Intec shares has
decreased to 20,554,347, representing 6.8 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
