Responsibility and Connected Persons



This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the UK
Disclosure Rules.



On 28 March 2006, Peter Deane, Managing Director, EMEA, for Intec Telecom
Systems PLC (the "Company"), exercised options over 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing less than 0.01% of the issued ordinary
share capital, at a price of 15p per share.  On the same day Mr Deane sold
50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.01% of the issued ordinary
share capital, in the open market at a price of 64p per share.



Following these transactions, Mr Deane holds 9,546 Ordinary Shares and options
over 142,290 Ordinary Shares with an average exercise price of 43p per share.
