Intec Telecom Systems PLC - Transfer of shares by Mr K. Adams to Mrs. P. Adams.

Intec Telecom Systems ("Intec") has today issued a 'Schedule 11 - Notification
Of Interests Of Directors And Connected Persons' notifying the transfer of
2,960,995 ordinary Intec shares from Mr. Kevin Adams, Intec's Chief Executive
Officer, to his ex-wife Mrs. Patricia Adams.  The Board confirms that this
transfer has been made pursuant to a court order in connection with the divorce
of the two above mentioned parties and is unrelated to the RIS announcement made
on 14 March 2005.


Mr. Adams retains over 3.3 million Intec ordinary shares after this transfer.
