Intec Telecom Systems PLC - Transfer of shares by Mr K. Adams to Mrs. P. Adams.



17 June 2005: Intec Telecom Systems ("Intec") has today issued a 'Schedule 11 -
Notification Of Interests Of Directors And Connected Persons' notifying the
transfer of 97,199 ordinary Intec shares from Mr. Kevin Adams, Intec's Chief
Executive Officer, to Mrs. Patricia Adams, pursuant to a court order in
connection with the divorce of the two above mentioned parties. Mr. Adams
retains over 3.5 million Intec ordinary shares after this transaction.
