Intec Telecom Systems PLC 31 August 2006 Intec Telecom Systems PLC Appointment of new Non-Executive Director 31 August 2006: Intec Telecom Systems plc, a leading supplier of software solutions to the global telecoms industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gordon Stuart as a Non-Executive Director of the company, with effect from today, 31 August 2006. Gordon Stuart, 43, is Group Finance Director of Xansa plc. Prior to that he was Finance Director at London Bridge Software Holdings plc until its acquisition by Fair Isaac Corporation. Gordon has also held senior executive positions at Dell Computer Corporation and McKinsey and Co. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and began his financial career at Price Waterhouse.
