Result of General Meeting and proposed cancellation of share premium
                               account
The Company announces that a special resolution to cancel its share
premium account was approved at a General Meeting held today.
In accordance with the Circular sent to shareholders on 19 March
2009, the Company will commence the proceedings to obtain the
confirmation of the Court as soon as possible.  It is anticipated
that the final hearing, at which the Court will grant an order in
respect of the cancellation of the share premium account, will take
place on 29 April 2009.
