Voting Rights and Capital 

In conformity with Rule 2.10 of the Takeover Code we would like to notify the market of the following:

Intec Telecom Systems PLC's capital consists of 305,974,944 ordinary shares with voting rights. Intec Telecoms Systems PLC holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intec Telecom Systems PLC is 305,974,944.

The above figure (305,974,944) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Intec Telecom Systems PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules and under the aforesaid Rule 2.10.
