Intercede announces the appointment of Global Sales Director to drive business after recent contract wins

Intercede, the producer of the Intercede MyID™ Identity and Credential Management System, today announces the appointment of Jon Shamah as Global Sales Director. 

Jon will coordinate all sales activity across the company and further assist in developing the Company's worldwide sales strategy. 

Jon brings with him in-depth knowledge of the security software arena. He was formerly, Director, EMEA Sales, at CoreStreet, where he championed the PIVMan portable smart card verification system, a system MyID already interfaces with. He also worked for Thales and McDonnell Information Systems as a business development director in the security and PKI areas. He a graduate in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Southampton and frequently speaks at security industry conferences.

In addition to this key appointment , Intercede is actively growing its development, test and professional service teams to support newly secured business in UK, Europe, the Middle East and the US.  These new software engineering roles will be based in Intercede's headquarters in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
