Director/PDMR shareholdings
Intercede, the software and service company specialising in identity, credential management and secure mobility, was notified on 9 August 2018 that The Azalia Trust, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Jacques Tredoux, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 1,501,868 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Jacques Tredoux and PCA's with him are beneficially interested in a total of 13,315,756 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 26.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
