RSA Security signs Global OEM Licence for Intercede's MyID Software
Lutterworth, England, September 12, 2005 - Intercede Group plc., a leading
developer and supplier of powerful smart card and identity management software,
today announces that RSA Security has signed a licence agreement to incorporate
Intercede's MyID smart card and identity management technology into its product
portfolio.This contract has guaranteed revenues to Intercede of $2 million over
a three year period, plus additional incremental licence fees for each smart
card issued by RSA Security products over and above agreed minimum levels.
