The AGM of Intercede Group plc was held on Wednesday 16 September 2015 at 2.00 pm.
All resolutions were passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 6 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 7 to 8 were passed as special resolutions. The number of ordinary shares in issue is 48,735,005.
