Transaction in Own Shares

 

Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 25 October 2024, the Company has purchased 6,772 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") in the market at a volume weighted average price of 170.49 pence per Share through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited ("Cavendish"). The Shares acquired will, in due course, be held in treasury.
