Additional Listing

Intermediate  Capital Group PLC (the "Company")  has made an application for the
admission  of  1,617 ordinary  shares  of  20 pence  each  in the Company to the
Official  List of the  UK Listing Authority  and to trading  on the London Stock
Exchange,  in connection  with an  exercise of  options under the Company's SAYE
Plan 2004.
