(i)    Mr Tom Bartlam has exercised an option over 5,000 shares, details of

Following this transaction, Mr Bartlam's total holding is 586,065 shares,

(iii)  Mr Tom Attwood has sold 60,000 shares, details of which are as follows:-

All of the shares sold were acquired as a result of Mr Attwood's exercise of

share capital of Intermediate Capital Group PLC.

(iv)   Mr Paul Piper has sold 20,000 shares, details of which are as follows:-
