Intermediate Capital Group plc announces changes to the composition of its Risk Committee

In accordance with Listing Rule LR9.6.11, Intermediate Capital Group plc ("ICG") announces that, with effect from 10 November 2015, Kathryn Purves will succeed Kevin Parry as the Chairman of ICG's Risk Committee. Kevin Parry will continue to serve as a member of the Risk Committee; he will also continue to act as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director as well as being the Chairman of ICG's Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. Kathryn Purves is also a member of ICG's Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
