Intermediate Capital Group plc - Directorate Changes

Intermediate Capital Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathryn Purves as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 17 October 2014. Simultaneously, Lindsey McMurray is stepping down from the Board to focus on her other roles, including her position as Managing Partner of Pollen Street Capital.

Kathryn Purves is Chief Risk Officer of Partnership Assurance Group plc, a leading provider of non-standard annuities which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a member of the FTSE Allshare. Her previous roles have included positions at Phoenix Equity Partners, Deutsche Bank and UBS Capital.
