CLARIFICATION OF TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

 

In connection with yesterday's announcement relating to the listing of additional shares the Company wishes to clarify to the market that, as a result of the allotment of the 282,472 additional shares, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 400,190,206 ordinary shares.  Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
