Correction - AGM Statement - Intermediate Capital Group PLC (the 'Company')

Intermediate Capital Group PLC advises of the following correction to the announcement issued on 15 July 2009 under RNS number 7154V.  The votes against Resolution 6 (To re-elect John Manser) were 3,324,781 and not 893 as previously announced.  The full text regarding the results of the voting by poll on the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting held on the 15 July 2009 is included below:
