                                 RESULT OF AGM

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting, held today at 20 Old
Broad Street, London EC2N 1DP, all resolutions put before the meeting were duly
passed.

As required by the Listing Rules, a copy of all the resolutions passed, other
than those concerning ordinary business, will be submitted to the UK Listing
Authority for publication through the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
