Intermediate Capital Group plc announces realisation

Further to previous announcements, Intermediate Capital Group plc ("ICG") announces that certain equity interests held by the ICG group and the ICG Asia Pacific Fund 2005 and the ICG Asia Pacific Fund 2008 (the "Funds") in Link Market Services ("Link") have been sold. A$161m was received as a result of the sale, with 35.7% of the proceeds being received by the ICG group and the remainder received by the Funds. ICG and the Funds continue to hold certain equity interests in Link, which have a market value as at 8 April 2016 of A$111m. Link is a superannuation fund administrator and provider of shareholder registry services in Australia, New Zealand, India and South Africa.

ICG will continue to make the market aware of significant realisations.
