TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In conformity with the UK Financial Services Authority Disclosure and
Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R), we would like to notify the market of the
following:
On the 12 July 2010 Intermediate Capital Group PLC (the "Company") allotted
1,617 Ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the exercise of options under
the Intermediate Capital Group PLC SAYE Plan 2004.
As a result of this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company consists
of 390,140,443 Ordinary shares. Each Ordinary share carries the right to one
vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. Â The
Company does not hold any Ordinary shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
