Announcement of results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company gives notice that all resolutions proposed in the Notice of the Meeting were duly passed at the AGM held today.

A copy of all resolutions passed as special resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Details of the number of proxy votes cast for, against and withheld on the resolutions will be published on the Company's website, www.ibtplc.com.
