Chairman's Statement

The Chairman noted that the Manager had won two awards in the past two months for the performance of the Company.  First the UK Tech Awards, where they won the award for Tech Fund Manager of the year and then the 2015 Investors Chronicle/Financial Times Investment and Wealth Management Awards for Best Specialist Fund - Best Specialist Fund.

In accordance with the Company's process for reviewing the Investment Management Agreement (IMA) with the Manager and as part of the Management Engagement Committees' responsibilities, the Committee and Manager will start a discussion regarding modifications to the existing IMA with a view to removing ambiguities, clarifying and simplifying the current arrangements. 

Announcement of results of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Company gives notice that all resolutions proposed in the Notice of the Meeting were duly passed at the AGM held today.

A copy of all resolutions passed as special resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Details of the number of proxy votes cast for, against and withheld on the resolutions will be published shortly on the Company's website, www.ibtplc.com.
