Cancellation of Treasury Shares

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, the Company advises that it has today cancelled from treasury 620,000 Ordinary shares that had previously been bought back at a price of 122.00 pence per Ordinary share.

Following the above cancellation, the Company holds a total of 3,200,000 of its Ordinary shares in treasury and has 61,632,664 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
