Cancellation of Treasury Shares

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, the Company advises that on 31 May 2016 it cancelled from treasury 300,000 Ordinary shares.

Following the above cancellation, the Company holds a total of 3,770,000 of its Ordinary shares in treasury and has 38,272,663 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
