Cancellation of Treasury Shares

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, the Company advises that on 5 April 2016 it cancelled from treasury 550,000 Ordinary shares.

Following the above cancellation, the Company holds a total of 3,715,000 of its Ordinary shares in treasury and has 38,627,663 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
