Disclosure of Directors' purchase of the Company's shares

The Company has been notified that Mr Andrew Barker, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary 25p shares in the capital of the Company on 2 December 2009 at a price of 120.75 pence per ordinary share, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.  

As a result of this purchase, Mr Barker's aggregate holding of shares in the Company has increased to 170,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
