Disclosure of PDMR Transaction

The Company has been notified that Mr Jim Horsburgh, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 Ordinary 25p shares in the capital of the Company on 26 June 2013 at a price of 250.74 pence per Ordinary share, which are registered in the name of Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.  

As a result of this purchase, Mr Horsburgh's aggregate holding of shares in the Company has increased to 5,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has also been notified that Ms Ailsa Craig, a representative of the Company's Investment Manager, purchased 379 Ordinary 25p shares in the capital of the Company on 26 June 2013 at a price of 250 pence per Ordinary share, representing 0.001% of the Company's issued share capital. 

As a result of this purchase, Ms Craig's aggregate holding of shares in the Company has increased to 379 Ordinary shares, representing 0.001% of the Company's issued share capital.
