Disclosure of Director/PDMR's purchase of the Company's shares

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified today that Dr Véronique Bouchet, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,500 Ordinary 25p shares on 26 August 2015 at a price of 493.5p per Ordinary share, which are registered in the name of Hargreaves Lansdown. 

As a result of this purchase, Dr Bouchet's aggregate holding of shares in the Company has increased to 7,500 Ordinary shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
