Disclosure of Director/PDMR's purchase of the Company's shares

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company announces that it has today been notified that Mrs Caroline Gulliver, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,500 Ordinary 25p shares in the capital of the Company on 14 July 2015 at a price of 569.01 pence per Ordinary share in London, which are registered in the name of CGWL Nominees Limited, representing 0.006% of the Company's issued share capital.  

As a result of this purchase, Mrs Gulliver's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 2,500 Ordinary shares, representing 0.006% of the Company's issued share capital.
