Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Caroline Gulliver as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from Wednesday, 1 April 2015.

Caroline Gulliver spent a 25 year career with Ernst & Young LLP, from where she retired in 2012 to pursue other interests including non-executive directorship positions.  She is a chartered accountant with a background in the provision of audit and advisory services to the asset management industry, with a particular focus on investment trusts.  Caroline is also a non-executive director of JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Income Trust plc.

The following additional information is disclosed in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules:

1.   There are no details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R

2.   As at today's date Mrs Caroline Gulliver has no beneficial interest in the Ordinary shares of the Company.
