In accordance with the requirement of Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that Dr David Clough will retire as a non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 9 December 2015.

The Company confirms that no remuneration payments were made in respect of his retirement. 

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr David Clough for his contribution to the Company over the last eleven years.
