4,700,000 shares on 20 January 2006, The Findlay Park US Smaller Companies Fund
held a notifiable interest, through CrestCo Limited, in 4,700,000 ordinary
shares of 25p each in the Company, being 9.88% of the 47,565,467 shares in
issue.
