The Company was notified on 9 February 2006 that, following a purchase of
1,500,000 shares on 7 February 2006, The Findlay Park US Smaller Companies Fund
held a notifiable interest, through CrestCo Limited, in 6,200,000 ordinary
shares of 25p each in the Company, being 13.03% of the 47,565,467 shares in
issue.
