Issue of Shares from Treasury

The Company announces that on 25 July 2019 it issued 50,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 633.25 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.

Following the issuance, there will be 38,252,663 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 3,090,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
